The following services can be chosen separately or combined to create a custom massage experience. Prices are the same for all services, my goal is to provide you with the best experience based on your needs not your wallet. 

Relaxation Massage: This style of massage uses long flowing strokes to relieve tension, decrease stress, increase circulation and promotes relaxation for the mind and body.

Deep Tissue or Therapeutic Massage: This style of massage focuses on targeting individual muscle groups to release tension and increase joint flexibility through the application of firm pressure.

Cupping Therapy or Decompressive Myofacial Release: An ancient form of alternative medicine utilizing special cups on your skin to create suction. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen soft tissue, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. Cupping is used to relieve back and neck pain, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

Mobile Massage: This mobile service gives an individual, groups or businesses the opportunity to bring all the benefits of massage into the comfort of your own home or office. Please contact for availability and scheduling
